450kW Variable Speed Drive for Mining Mill

This week PTAS is shipping another control system for the mining sector; a 450kW variable speed drive system for a mill.  Quality Assurance Officer, Neil Wright, Lead Engineer, Nasim Ghorbanpour and Projects Engineering Manager, Emerson Mee have overseen our workshop team in this quick turnaround project.

The Fuji Electric  ‘Frenic-Mega’ is a high performance, low voltage multifunction inverter, destined for a long term Queensland mining client.  The overall assembly  and workmanship is a control system our team to be proud of building.
